Thursday 10 September / Olly Bell

Thursday 17 September / Kate Taylor

Thursday 24 September / Marcia Edwards

Thursday 1 October / Johnny Autin

10 Sept

Olly Bell

Olly's class is high tempo and energetic but most of all about having fun, starting on the floor and building up to standing. He aims to get the whole body moving and sweating before a final phrase.

17 Sept

Kate Taylor

Kate’s practice has been heavily influenced by over 20 years of rich, diverse experiences, as a dancer, choreographer and teacher. Expect dynamic, rhythmical sequences, which go with the flow of the body, not against. Time will be given at both the start and finish, to release and connect.

24 Sept

Marcia Edwards

Based around the techniques of Martha Graham Marcia delivers contraction
and release exercises that challenge dancers to use and strengthen the core.
Concentrating on breathe during floor and standing exercises Marcia helps
dancers to move with fluidly but pushes dancers to find an element of control.
Making them aware of what they can make their body do.

1 Oct

Johnny Autin

Johnny will lead a fun and engaging class for zoom focusing on technical and playful exercises as physical and sensorial explorations of movement using the breath, gravity and nuances in quality and tonicity while challenging the dancers’ core strength and stamina
